Where are you based?

OA is located just outside Denver, Colorado in the foothills of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

When can I pick up a Campervan?

OA operates seven days a week from 9am-5pm. We can be available outside those hours if arranged prior to your pick up or drop off. Please contact OA 30 minutes before picking up or dropping off to make sure we have everything ready.

Is there a minimum/maximum rental period?

OA has a three day minimum rental fee and you can rent the campervan for as long as you want- subject to availability of course.

How do you handle insurance? Can I use my own insurance?

All OA rental rates include full insurance coverage specifically in your name. This includes a Collision Damage Waiver that waives your responsibility for the vehicle as well as Supplemental Liability Insurance that protects you against 3rd party automobile claims for bodily injury and property damage caused during your rental.

What happens is the campervan breaks down during my trip?

All OA rental rates include 24/7 Roadside Assistance throughout the continental US. We ask that in the event of a breakdown, you contact the Roadside Assistance company along with letting us know what is going on.

If you vehicle cannot be returned to the road by the evening, OA will refund you for that day’s rental. In the rare instance that the vehicle cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the remaining days of the trip and help you get to the nearest destination.

How many miles can I drive per day?

You are allowed 100 miles per rental day as part of the basic rental fee. Additional miles can be purchased during the reservation process.

Where can I camp in the campervan?

State Parks, National Parks, Walmarts……any legally designated camping ground. For more information see our Outdoor Life page or ask one of our AdVANture Guides for assistance.

What exactly is my responsibility when renting an OA AdVANture campervan?

  • Tire & Windshield Damage-  OA keeps quality tires on the campervans, you are responsible for any other tire or wheel damages (besides normal wear and tear) along with any damage to the windshield or windows.

  • Fuel- you are responsible for using the correct fuel in the campervan.

  • Cleaning- Campervans need to be returned in the same condition as when picked up.

  • Experience- OA will do whatever we can to insure that your trip is memorable, but it’s up to you to make sure you and your guests make this the ultimate outdoor adVANture!

Can I bring my dog?

Sure! OA requires a one time $100 fee per dog, and of course you are responsible for any abnormal damage or mess.

Where can I take the campervan?

You are free to travel the continental United States and Canada.
